Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain printing, scanning, and photocopying machines. Assist students with document formatting, binding, and laminating. Track inventory of paper, toner, and other business center supplies and report shortages. Collect payments accurately and hand them over to the Account Officer daily. Ensure the business center is kept clean, organized, and tidy. Provide basic troubleshooting for machine jams or minor technical issues. Requirements and Qualifications: WASSCE, vocational training, or certificate in computer literacy. Proven experience operating commercial photocopying and printing machines. Basic computer skills (MS Word, PDF handling, printing settings). Honest, trustworthy, and good with basic mathematical calculations. Friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills.
