Collect and secure evidence (financial data, ERP records, CCTV, and digital forensics) to build indisputable cases. Conduct interviews and interrogations with suspects, witnesses, and whistleblowers. Produce detailed investigation reports and collaborate with Legal and HR for disciplinary action or law enforcement referrals. Factory Operations Surveillance Conduct targeted audits and surprise inspections on high-risk factory areas: scrap sales/disposal, procurement bidding, warehouse inventory, and contractor/labor billing. Manage whistleblower channels, evaluate incoming leads, and maintain investigation registries. Fraud Prevention & Awareness Identify control vulnerabilities across manufacturing processes and issue fraud alerts. Deliver anti-corruption training and case study sessions to factory workers and management. Key Qualifications Experience : 3–5+ years in fraud investigations, corporate internal misconduct, or law enforcement (e.g., Economic Crime, Criminal Investigation, or Integrity/Compliance units in large manufacturing/industrial corporations). Skills : Strong interview/interrogation techniques and evidentiary standards. Familiarity with manufacturing supply chain operations, scrap management, and procurement workflows. Proficiency in data analytics and forensic tools to detect irregularities. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Forensic Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
