Coordinate orders with the production team and monitor timelines. Provide proactive updates throughout the customer journey. Develop repeat business through direct client outreach and relationship management. Maintain the showroom by steaming garments, organizing stock, and ensuring visual presentation. Maintain strong product knowledge and provide styling recommendations. Support brand representation during customer engagements and social media content where required. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Ideal Candidate Profile Confident, professional, and decisive communicator. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Able to sell naturally through expert advice. Well-groomed and capable of representing the brand online and in person. Passionate about fashion, styling, and current trends. Comfortable using Shopify and business applications (training provided). Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience. Excellent written and verbal communication.
