Position Details • Role: Center Manager • Location: MSIG Dansoman Center • Employment Type: Full-time • Reporting Line: Centers Channel Lead • Probation: 3 months Key Responsibilities: • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the clinical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality sexual and reproductive health services. • Oversee staff work schedules, rotations, and transfers to maintain optimal staffing levels. • Manage performance and provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to centre staff. • Collaborate with the Medical Development Team (MDT) to strengthen staff capacity and deliver technical training. • Monitor monthly centre results and adapt work plans to meet service delivery targets. • Ensure logistical requirements are met, including managing stock levels to prevent shortages or wastage. • Report clinical issues, including major and minor incidences, through appropriate channels to minimize complications. • Maintain accurate records of centre activities, analyse incidence reports, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. • Address client complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Participate in outreach and community engagement activities to increase service uptake, as required. • Perform any additional duties that support the effective operation of the centre. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Achievement of monthly service delivery targets (CYP, consultations, procedures). • Client satisfaction and feedback scores. • Compliance with clinical protocols and audit standards. • Staff performance, retention, and professional development progress. • Efficient use of resources and minimization of wastage. Qualification Required & Experience Required Skills and Experience: • Minimum of five (5) years post-graduation experience in a leadership role, preferably in clinical services. • Qualification as a Senior Midwife with expertise in sexual and reproductive health care. • Demonstrated experience in sexual and reproductive health service delivery. • Strong commercial and income-generation orientation. • Excellent customer care and client engagement skills. • Outstanding team coordination, leadership, and communication abilities. • Experience with International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) is an advantage. • Analytical, detail-oriented, and multi-skilled. • Knowledge of Ghana’s health delivery system and relevant policies. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficient in health information systems and data reporting tools. • Empathetic, ethical, and client-centred, with commitment to patient confidentiality. • Passionate about maternal health, reproductive rights, and pro-family planning. Reporting and Team Structure: • Reports to the Centre Channel Lead. • Supervises all clinical and support staff within the centre. • Collaborates closely with the Medical Development Team and other departments.
