The successful candidates will be responsible for protecting assigned premises, safeguarding lives and property, and ensuring a safe and secure environment through vigilance, professionalism, and adherence to company security procedures Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Guard assigned premises and protect company assets, staff, and visitors. Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas to prevent unauthorized access. Conduct routine patrols and inspections of assigned locations. Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs. Enforce company security policies and procedures at all times. Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, or breaches immediately to supervisors. Assist during emergency situations and provide support when required. Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent conduct while on duty. Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when scheduled. Requirements Minimum of a Junior High School (JHS) or Senior High School (SHS) certificate. Physically fit, healthy, and well-built. Strong sense of discipline, integrity, and responsibility. Good observation and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work shifts and adapt to operational schedules. Previous experience in security services is an advantage but not mandatory. Preferred Attributes Honest, trustworthy, and dependable. Alert with strong attention to detail. Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills. Calm under pressure and capable of handling emergencies effectively. Punctual and committed to assigned duties.
