Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in planning and organizing weekly production schedules Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to Assist in the overseeing production processes approved by Management Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods Regularly prepare budgets and cost reports for production Conduct regular inspections of machinery, workers and the units Ensure that inventory is maintained of all equipment, products and resources and that they are properly handled Train, supervise and manage the work of junior staff Approve regular maintenance work Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met Work with other managers to implement the company's policies and goals Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields Prior experience with production department In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills Basic computer skill and with software like MS Office Confident and good decision-making ability with attention to detail.
