The Ghana Red Cross Society (GRCS), Ghana's leading independent humanitarian organization and a member of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Human Resource Manager at its Headquarters in Accra. Role Summary •The Human Resource Manager will provide strategic leadership for the Society's human resource function by overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff development, employee relations, organizational development and compliance with Ghana's labour laws and organizational policies.
