The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver memorable consumer experiences while ensuring all activities align with the company's brand strategy and business objectives. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and corporate events. Develop event concepts and activation plans that increase brand awareness and consumer engagement. Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure seamless event execution Manage event logistics, including venue selection, equipment, permits, transportation, branding materials, and staffing. Monitor event budgets and ensure activities are delivered within approved costs. Supervise brand ambassadors, promoters, and event support teams during activations. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of events and activations through post-event reports and performance analysis. Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and customer touchpoints. Support trade marketing initiatives and collaborate with the sales team to maximize campaign impact. Stay informed on industry trends and recommend innovative activation ideas to strengthen the company's market presence. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in event management, brand activation, trade marketing, or marketing communications. Experience in FMCG, agribusiness, retail, or a multinational organization is highly desirable. Proven experience managing multiple events and projects simultaneously. Required Skills & Competencies Strong project planning and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong budgeting and vendor management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
