Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons who are highly skilled, meticulous and analytical to fill 2 vacancies in the post of Assistant Legislative Drafting Officer II in the Parliamentary Service of Ghana. Main Duties and Responsibilities The Assistant Legislative Drafting Officer II shall •Analyse legislative policy proposals to ensure they are consistent with existing legal frameworks •Provide expert legal advice to Members of Parliament, committees and departments •Draft primary legislation (Bills) •Draft amendments to legislation during parliamentary committee stages •Proofread and mark up documents •Perform any other duties assigned by the Clerk to Parliament.
