At our very core, we are a human company driven by our purpose to enhance the quality of life and contribute to a healthier future. •Nestlé Ghana Limited is currently looking for a Production Supervisor or Shift Lead responsible for a production line during a shift, ensuring that the production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with standards and legal requirements meeting safety, quality, hygiene, cost and environment needs in a 24 hour, 7 day a week operation. Responsibilities: •Responsible for efficient and prompt maintenance and repair of production plant in the area. •Lead a group of technical supervisors and line technicians. •Takes prompt action in case of breakdowns. •Conducts training of staff to improve their skills, competence and efficiency. •Ensure that staff under his control is working according to factory rules and regulations. •Ensures that workers adhere to hygienic standards and safety regulations. •Follow-up spare parts stock level and place order for new parts when necessary •Manage and monitor the analytical competence of technicians to perform the required analysis. •Manage the technicians' training plan and development needs. •Is proactive in promoting Safety. •Supports implementation of NQMS and NCE.
