Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with NGOs, corporates, government institutions, schools, healthcare facilities, and development partners. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Represent Eco-Me Africa at networking events and stakeholder engagements. Sales Management & Revenue Growth Coordinate and supervise the activities of the sales team. Monitor sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets. Support execution of sales strategies across B2B, B2G, NGO, and retail channels. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Marketing & Brand Visibility Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Support brand visibility, customer engagement, and market penetration. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Fundraising & Resource Mobilization Support identification of grant, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities. Assist in preparing proposals, concept notes, and fundraising materials. Planning, Reporting & Performance Management Prepare monthly growth, partnership, marketing, and sales reports. Support annual planning and business development activities. Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Development Studies, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, sales coordination, account management, or fundraising. Strong communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills. Preferred Experience within NGOs, social enterprises, manufacturing, healthcare, or impact-driven organizations. Experience managing sales teams or coordinating business development activities. Location: Applicants should preferably reside within Adenta, Madina, Ashiyie, Oyarifa, Lakeside, Ashaley Botwe, and surrounding communities.
