Key Requirements Minimum of a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, business development, advertising sales, or media sales will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of the Ghanaian media landscape will be an added advantage.
