Description

A reputable Non-Bank Financial institution within the Public Services of Ghana is seeking to recruit a qualified applicant as Security Services Coordinator. Job Responsibilities •Enforce crime or loss related rules/regulations and policies •Ensure that security procedures and standing orders are carried out successfully •Ensure building parameter protection by means of gates, protected openings and lighting and surveillance guards •Collate reports •Carry out annual staff assessment/appraisal and annual budget •Protect the residence property and prevent all unwanted incidence at the organisation's premises and residences •Maintain security locations and protect persons and properties at all the organisation's locations •Observe and report all incidents when they occur at the organisation's premises and residence •Conduct surprise checks at various locations to create awareness and security conciousness •Conduct personnel screening to prevent theft and pilferage at the premises of the organisation •Prepare a duty roster on security personnel •Coordinate the activities of security guards at property locations and monitor their performance for increased productivity •Coordinate the activities of security guards and officers •Develop and provide efficient and effective security network at offices and residences •Monitor the performance of security personnel for increased productivity •Adopt strategies to maintain loyalty and confidence in the security at various locations to avoid lapses Qualification Required & Experience •First Degree in Social Sciences or its equivalent •Senior retired person from the Police, Prisons, Armed Forces with the rank of ASP/WO1 or Captain •A minimum of 6 years work experience Location: Accra How To Apply For The Job Interested and qualified applicants should send their CV, cover letter and copies of certificates via email: hrrecruit2026@hotmail.com Closing Date: 05 August, 2026
