The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, growing brand awareness, and creating compelling visual content that aligns with the company's marketing objectives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, stays up to date with social media trends, and has strong graphic design skills. Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across all social media platforms. Design eye-catching graphics, banners, flyers, and other digital marketing materials using graphic design tools. Manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and customer inquiries. Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Plan and execute social media campaigns that support business and marketing goals. Analyze social media performance and prepare periodic reports with recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to develop content for promotions, events, product launches, and campaigns. Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication guidelines. Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: Diploma, HND, Bachelor's Degree, or higher qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years' experience managing social media platforms in a professional environment. Proficiency in at least one or more graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar software. Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience running paid social media campaigns. Basic photography and video editing skills. Knowledge of content marketing and digital branding strategies.
