The role involves handling inventory, preparing orders, loading and unloading deliveries, and ensuring that the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organized. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The duties will include any and all tasks provided by your immediate manager. Key responsibilities, duties and report expected is: Order Fulfillment: Pick products accurately based on invoices and fulfillment instructions Pack and stage orders for delivery while ensuring proper labeling and documentation Verify order contents to ensure accuracy before shipment Assisting with preparing orders for driver dispatch Inventory and Warehouse Organization: Maintain organized warehouse inventory and storage locations. Support inventory counts and verification processes. Ensure products are stored safely and according to warehouse procedures. Participate in bi-weekly stock taking and reconciliation Shipping and Logistics Support: Coordinate with Logistics department to confirm deliveries on time and to the right person. Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Work with warehouse leadership to ensure warehouse is setup to support FIFO Compliance and Safety: Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines Handle products in compliance with company policies and FDA regulations Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: This position requires a skilled Graduate with 1-3 Years experience on the job, who is keen to expand their knowledge base, in the field of Operations and Inventory management. The key knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the daily tasks and job duties are: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate internally and external customers. Strong attention to detail and order accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) is a MUST!!! Ability to work well with a team and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines. Any Graduate level Educational Qualification.
