In this role, you will go beyond traditional bookkeeping to serve as a trusted financial partner. You will oversee full-cycle accounting, ensure accuracy in monthly financial reporting, streamline client processes. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Oversee the full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting functions for a diverse portfolio of SME clients. Perform and review complex month-end and year-end close processes, including bank reconciliations, accruals, deferrals, and journal entries. Prepare, review, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows) Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique business operations. Key Qualifications & Requirements Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CA a strong plus Experience: 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a public accounting firm, outsourced accounting agency, or multi-client bookkeeping environment. Proficiency in cloud accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero ). Familiarity with modern app integrations (e.g., Dext, Hubdoc, Bill.com, Gusto, Fathom ).
