Description

JOB DESCRIPTION •Diagnosing and fixing hardware/software faults. •Setting up new user accounts and managing permissions. •Managing email, internet connectivity, and other network services. •Managing IT asset lifecycle (procurement, tracking, disposal). •Assisting with IT needs for internal/external events. •Create and maintain records of IT issues, solutions, and procedures, and train users on new technologies. •Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and requirements. •Ensure security of IT systems, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls.
