Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Senior level Experience Length: 8 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Develop and implement the digital lending strategy aligned with organizational goals. Drive innovation in digital lending models and customer journeys. Lead the development of lending solutions (e.g., partnerships with telcos and other providers) Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Marketing teams to launch new features/services. Monitor key KPIs such as: Loan disbursements, active borrowers, portfolio at risk (PAR), and non-performing loans (NPL). Oversee credit scoring models, underwriting frameworks, and affordability assessments. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and return on investment (ROI) Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, IT, or related field MBA or a postgraduate qualification is an advantage 8–10 years in lending, fintech, or banking industry and at least 3-5years in a senior management role.
