Change needles, threads, bobbins, and adjust machine settings as needed. Assist with hooping fabrics, threading machines, and preparing garments for embroidery. Conduct routine maintenance and report any technical issues promptly. Ensure quality control of finished products before delivery. Take photos/videos of embroidery work in progress and finished pieces for social media content. Assist in posting updates and promoting products online. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum WASSCE / HND. Basic technical aptitude and common sense to troubleshoot and solve small mechanical issues. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Willingness to learn embroidery machine operations.
