Promote and sell the company's insurance products, including life, health, motor, travel, property, and business insurance. Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations. Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium structures clearly to clients. Prepare quotations, complete policy application forms, and facilitate policy issuance. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals. Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and general enquiries. Coordinate with the claims team to support clients throughout the claims process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and policy documentation. Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, community outreach, and promotional events.
