The role involves leading field sales teams, monitoring performance, and building customer relationships. Candidates need sales/management experience, strong communication skills, and a Business/Marketing degree or equivalent. The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of field agents to achieve daily signup targets while ensuring professional brand representation. The role involves supervising field activities, monitoring agent performance, resolving operational challenges, and providing accurate daily reports to management. Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Contract - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of field agents. Ensure daily customer signup and performance targets are achieved. Monitor, track, and verify the performance of field agents. Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management. Represent the company's brand professionally during all field activities. Identify and resolve operational challenges encountered in the field. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. Provide coaching and support to field agents to improve productivity. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum age of 25 years. HND or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience. Previous experience in sales, field operations, or team leadership is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Honest, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Must own and be able to use a smartphone for reporting and communication.
