The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring effective distribution Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: The Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospects, and build strong relationships with existing clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, negotiating terms, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals. The role also involves tracking sales performance, updating CRM or sales records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services. The Sales Representative will contribute to sales forecasts, provide market feedback, and support promotional activities to increase brand visibility and revenue. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a similar industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, understand client needs, and provide suitable solutions. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet targets. Comfort with basic sales tools and CRM systems, and the ability to analyze sales data for decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Motivated, results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively on-site in Accra.
