The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting an objective examination of company records, identifying discrepancies or irregularities, and preparing a clear written report of their findings. The assignment may also involve confidential interviews with current and former personnel to gather factual information relevant to the review. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Contract - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities: Review and reconcile internal records and documentation. Identify and investigate discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential control weaknesses. Conduct interviews with relevant individuals in a professional and impartial manner. Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the assignment. Prepare a detailed written report outlining findings, observations, and supporting evidence. Provide recommendations to strengthen internal controls where appropriate. Requirements: Proven experience in auditing, forensic accounting, investigations, compliance, or a related field. Professional accounting or auditing qualifications (such as ICA Ghana, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) are preferred. Strong analytical and investigative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and maintain neutrality. High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
