Build and maintain strong client relationships. Present products/services and negotiate agreements. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports. Follow up on leads and close sales. Maintain accurate customer records. Represent the company professionally. Requirements Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience. Real estate sales experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented. Professional presentation and customer relationship management skills.
