RAHA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL requires the services of a School Principal. Position: School Principal •The Principal is the chief executive and lead professional of the school. •The Principal will be responsible for implementing the school's strategic vision, managing daily operations, overseeing the quality of teaching, ensuring a safe learning environment, managing staff, finances, and community relations. •S/he reports to the Board of Directors. Responsibilities • Overall managerial responsibility for monitoring, evaluating, and improving performance management in the teaching and learning environment. • Working in collaboration with all relevant departments to provide appropriate monthly reports to the board. • Ensuring that the learning, development, and discipline of learners remain at the heart of all decisions. • The Principal will take a leadership role in strengthening the quality of teaching and learning, bringing efficiencies to the management of the school, and raising the profile of the whole school. • Vet and evaluate teachers' output of work at the end of each week/term, and conduct periodic assessments of all staff. • Building strong relationships with families, students, and staff to ensure collective investment in instructional priorities, initiatives, and expectations. Qualification Required & Experience • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in relevant field. Bachelor of Education Degree is a requirement.
