As the individual responsible for design, their primary responsibilities will be: Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and infographics for organization's website, social media, and other communication materials. Ensure all designs are consistent with the organisation's branding guidelines. Multimedia Content Creation: Produce engaging multimedia content, including videos and animations, to support communication campaigns. Collaborate with the Communications Officer to align content with communication strategies. Social Media Engagement: Assist in managing and monitoring orgnisation's social media accounts, ensuring that design elements are aesthetically pleasing and align with the organization's visual identity. Website Design and Maintenance: Work closely with the Communications Officer to enhance the website's design, user experience, and visual appeal. Ensure all website graphics and visual elements are regularly updated and optimized. Photography and Videography: Capture photographs and videos during organisation’s events or projects for documentation and promotional purposes. Branding and Visual Identity: Collaborate with the Communications Officer to maintain and strengthen the organisation’s visual identity across all communication channels. Technological Support: Stay updated with emerging digital media trends, tools, and technologies to improve the overall effectiveness of communication efforts.
