Job Summary •We are seeking a Showroom Inspection & Merchandising Executive to ensure consistent brand standards and merchandising execution across distributor showrooms in multiple African markets. This role focuses on showroom inspections, display compliance, corrective action follow-up, and structured reporting. •The ideal candidate should have experience in building materials or ceramics showrooms, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and distributors. Key Responsibilities •Showroom Inspection & Merchandising •Conduct regular inspections of distributor showrooms in line with company standards, covering: •Product structure and assortment •Sample rooms and display areas •Display racks, shelves, and layout •Lighting, sanitary ware installations, and overall cleanliness. •Identify non-compliance issues and improvement opportunities during inspections. •Propose corrective actions and follow up with distributors to ensure full implementation. •Support merchandising execution for new products and image upgrades. •Reporting & Coordination •Take 8–10 standardized photos per showroom, covering key display and sample room areas. •Record inspection findings, corrective actions, and completion status in inspection reports. •Prepare and submit periodic inspection summaries to Headquarters. •Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, New Product Specialists, and distributor teams to resolve showroom-related issues. Qualification Required & Experience •Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Retail Management, Business, or related fields. •1–3 years of experience in showroom inspection, merchandising execution, or store auditing. •Experience in ceramics, building materials, or sanitary ware industry is strongly preferred. •Familiarity with distributor management and multi-market operations is an advantage.
