Financial Accounting Maintain complete and accurate books of account. Record financial transactions promptly and accurately. Prepare bank, cash and other account reconciliations. Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation. Financial Reporting Prepare monthly Management Accounts and supporting schedules. Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements. Prepare financial reports and analyses required by Management. Support annual audits and regulatory reviews. Payroll & Statutory Compliance Prepare monthly payroll. Compute PAYE, SSNIT and other statutory deductions. Prepare statutory returns and supporting schedules. Ensure compliance with all statutory filing and payment deadlines. Revenue, Payables & Receivables Reconcile revenue from all Hospital departments. Maintain accounts receivable and payable records. Monitor NHIA and corporate receivables. Prepare supplier payment schedules for approval. Budgeting, Assets & Internal Controls Assist in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring. Maintain the Hospital's Fixed Asset Register. Participate in inventory counts and asset verification exercises. Ensure compliance with approved financial policies and internal controls.
