  • Handle the full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role; forecasting, budgeting, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
  • Prepare monthly operational reports, budgets and other financial reports for the company.
  • Prepare budgets and monitoring income and expenditure to ensure compliance with financial projections made.
  • Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns.
  • Reconcile Balance Sheets, Bank Statements, Ledgers, Payroll Accounts and supporting journal entries.
  • Ensure that the P&L and Balance Sheet accounts are accurate and reflect true and fair position each month.
  • Manage tax matters of the Company to ensure compliance with fiscal regulations and legally required financial controls.
  • Prepare the Company's financial statements for audit.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors and participating in auditing projects.
  • Undertake the administration of payment of salaries to staff and agents including insurance management, taxes and other statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with and satisfying all financial commitments with all relevant Government agencies in a timely manner. (GRA, SSNIT and Tier 2 Fund Managers)
  • Manage accounts receivables and payables and assisting in debt management and recovery.
  • Supervise administrative staff
  • Develop and implement new administrative systems such as record management systems.
  • Organise and chair meetings with administrative staff and reporting outcomes to management.
