Responsibilities
- Design and develop practical application/software for the office
- Develop and maintain software applications/technologies
- Assist in application development projects
- Design and maintain all the web-based applications for the office
- Advise management on the IT needs of the office
- Check the correctness of reports to user departments, sections and units
- Prepare any other duties that may be assigned
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in Computer Science or allied discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on practical
- Possess 5 credits in WASSCE/GCE 'O' Levels, including English language and mathematics at a sitting, or 6 credits at not more than 2 sittings, including English language and mathematics
- IBM i (AS/400/IBM Power Systems)
- Cloud & DevOps
- Proficient in modern web development, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS database design and basic SQL construction
- Hands on
- DB2, SQL SERVER, SQ Lite
- JavaScript Framework like Augula, React JS, Node JS etc
