The successful candidate will be responsible for: Handling litigation matters relating to intellectual property disputes; Managing trademark searches, applications, oppositions, refusals, renewals, assignments, and related filings; Advising clients on copyright, trademark, patent, and brand protection matters; Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, written submissions, letters, and other legal documents; Representing clients before the courts, tribunals, and relevant regulatory bodies; Responding to queries, objections, and refusals issued by relevant intellectual property authorities; Conducting legal research and providing practical, commercially focused legal advice; Liaising with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
