Must have been appointed as an Associate Professor by a recognized university with comparable conditions for appointment/promotion as those of GCTU. The conditions of GCTU include a minimum of four (4) years of
as a Senior Lecturer and at least ten (10) publications in recognized journals; OR
A Senior Lecturer seeking appointment to the rank of Associate Professor will first be appointed as a Senior Lecturer to undergo the University's promotion process.
