The role involves marketing and selling pharmaceutical products sourced locally, UK generics, and imported products to healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will represent our brand with professionalism and integrity, conduct market research to identify trends, and leverage their pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge to drive sales. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities: Market and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare facilities. Conduct market research to understand market trends and customer needs. Represent Lloylan Pharmacy's brand and values in all interactions. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Achieve sales targets and objectives as part of the rewarding system. Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Requirements: MCA certification/ HND is the minimum qualification. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (Sales experience is not mandatory; a suitable fresh graduate can apply). Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare industry trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Driver's license and ability to drive preferred.
