Supervise all daily bakery operations. Ensure production targets are achieved. Monitor bread quality and minimise wastage. Lead and supervise bakery staff. Plan staffing and daily production schedules. Ensure vehicles are loaded and dispatched efficiently. Monitor stock levels and place orders. Ensure equipment faults are reported promptly. Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards. Resolve operational issues proactively. Produce daily and weekly reports for the Directors. Support continuous improvement across the bakery. Person Specification The successful candidate should possess:
Experience
working in a bakery, food production, or manufacturing environment. A professional qualification or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven
in office management or a supervisory role. Ability to manage people fairly and confidently. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Honesty, trustworthiness, and accountability.
