Job Summary The HR Manager (Employee Relations) will be responsible for managing employee relations, union negotiations, improving workplace conditions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in resolving industrial disputes, handling employee grievances, and fostering a harmonious work environment. The HR Manager will drive strategies that improve employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational success. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies focused on employee relations and improving working conditions. Handle trade union negotiations, address grievances, and mediate disputes to ensure industrial harmony. Proactively assess employee feedback, reduce turnover, and improve employee satisfaction and retention. Prepare detailed reports on reasons behind employee turnover and propose actionable solutions. Establish clear communication frameworks between employees and management to foster transparency and collaboration. Analyze employee feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in employee relations and overall engagement. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks. Build and maintain strong relationships with both employees and management, resolving conflicts and enhancing workplace harmony. Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR managerial role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Proven expertise in employee relations, union negotiations, and resolving labor disputes. Experience in managing workforce dynamics and driving employee retention strategies. Key Competencies & Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage complex HR issues and foster a positive work environment. Knowledge of labor law and HR compliance. Proven ability to mediate and resolve industrial disputes and grievances.
