One of the fastest growing Community Banks in the country is looking for an individual with the following qualification and
Experience
- for the position of a Branch Manager.
- Qualification Required &
- • A minimum of First Degree or its equivalent in any business-related course.
- • Must have at least 2 years’
- as a Branch Manager or 5 years’
- as an Operations Officer in the financial services sector, preferably a community Bank.
- • Must have very good knowledge in credit risk management
- • Must have strong sales and networking skills
- • Good knowledge in the preparation of prudential returns. Knowledge of the T24 banking software would be an advantage.
- • Must be able to speak the Twi language fluently.
