Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to support the company's growth initiatives through partnership development, client acquisition, and opportunity sourcing. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and supporting revenue-generating activities across our programs and services.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partner organisations
- Support proposal development and partnership pitches
- Conduct market and prospect research
- Generate and qualify leads
- Coordinate meetings with prospective partners and clients
- Track and report on pipeline and opportunity progress
- Collaborate with marketing and program teams on growth campaigns
- Represent the organisation at meetings and networking events when required
