The successful candidate will spearhead lead generation, manage key accounts, and ensure the profitable delivery of freight forwarding, haulage, and warehousing services. The ideal candidate is a commercially astute professional who thrives in competitive environments, understands cross-border trade, and can lead high-impact business strategies while managing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Operational
- Oversee day-to-day operations of freight, haulage, and warehousing services.
- Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and SOPs to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage branch performance in line with KPIs, including service delivery, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Supervise the smooth execution of contracts from award to client handover.
- Coordinate across Business Units to deliver integrated solutions to customers.
- Support Finance with credit control, collections, and recovery of profit share from international partners.
- Conduct regular reviews of operational workflows to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Strategic & Commercial
- Support organizational strategy by driving operational excellence that fuels revenue growth.
- Contribute to business expansion through efficient delivery, quality service, and customer retention.
- Monitor market dynamics and align operational capabilities to emerging opportunities.
