Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all security operations and personnel. Develop and implement effective security strategies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. Monitor security performance and operational efficiency. Manage client relationships and address operational concerns. Conduct regular site inspections and security audits. Lead, mentor, and develop security teams.
