Answer questions and address customer concerns with a friendly and professional attitude. Sales and Orders: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Answer phone calls and accept online orders. Collaborate with the delivery team to coordinate online order fulfillment. Assist with content creation for social media Showroom Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with information on the products and promotions. Provide insights and feedback from customers to help improve product offerings. Team Collaboration: Work with the team to meet sales targets and objectives. Handle any tasks assigned by management within the scope of responsibilities. Requirements: Education: Diploma or higher. Experience : Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage. Skills and Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
