Class and Subject teachers (Mathematics, English Language, Science and Class Teachers) Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons based on the Ghana Education Service (GES) curriculum. Prepare lesson notes, schemes of learning, and teaching materials. Assess learners through classwork, homework, tests, and examinations. Prepare students adequately for the BECE examinations. Maintain accurate records of students’ performance and attendance. Provide extra academic support to learners who need assistance. Manage classroom discipline and create a conducive learning environment. Participate in staff meetings, school activities, and professional development. Communicate effectively with school management and parents regarding student progress. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Education or a related field. Specialization in Mathematics, Science, English, or related subjects. Teaching experience at the JHS level is an added advantage. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Good knowledge of the GES curriculum and BECE requirements. Ability to use basic ICT tools in teaching.
