Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the clinical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality sexual and reproductive health services. • Oversee staff work schedules, rotations, and transfers to maintain optimal staffing levels. • Manage performance and provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to centre staff. • Collaborate with the Medical Development Team (MDT) to strengthen staff capacity and deliver technical training. • Monitor monthly centre results and adapt work plans to meet service delivery targets. • Ensure logistical

are met, including managing stock levels to prevent shortages or wastage. • Report clinical issues, including major and minor incidences, through appropriate channels to minimize complications. • Maintain accurate records of centre activities, analyse incidence reports, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. • Address client complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Participate in outreach and community engagement activities to increase service uptake, as required. • Perform any additional duties that support the effective operation of the centre.
