Responsibilities
- Manage projects by collaborating with project stakeholders to define project goals, scope and deliverables.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers and mitigate issues that may arise in the course of a project.
- Work in partnership with the Production Manager to deliver a high-quality finished product while managing the schedule and budget.
- Manage labour, materials, equipment, cost coding, submittals, schedules, meeting minutes, change orders and related project administration.
- Serve in a client-facing capacity, meeting with architects, subcontractors, the production manager, site manager and foreman to manage project issues and maintain positive working relationships.
- Ensure successful project delivery, profitability and client satisfaction while fostering long-term client relationships.
- Present regular progress reports to upper executives and stakeholders.
- Maintain stringent health, safety and environmental standards that exceed regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular project status reviews and resource schedule meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Strive for a zero lost-time accident record and ensure meticulous project administration and contract management.

- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and strong project delivery capability.
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and value-added constructability practices.
