(April 2027) Final copy of the financing and sustainability framework for community health (July 2027) Community health (CH) webinar report prepared under the Africa CDC-CCM Financing and Sustainability Sub-group. The Consultant will play a key role in advancing the strategic priorities of the Africa Frontline First Initiative and the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) by strengthening continental primary health care financing policies and frameworks. This work will support increased domestic resource mobilization and the long-term sustainability of community health financing across Africa. The Consultant will contribute to Africa CDC's Accra Reset, the Lusaka Agenda, and broader public financial management reform efforts by supporting increased resource allocation and more efficient use of financing for community health. The role will also support coordination of the Continental Coordinating Mechanism for Community Health (CCM), completion of the Continental Investment Case for Community Health, development of the Financing and Sustainability Framework, and community health financing technical support to the East, Central and Southern Africa Health Community (ECSA-HC) region.
