Responsibilities
Ensure timely reconciliation of invoice. Ensure proper allocation of staff to positions and structure and analyse staff turnover Ensure adequate personnel are staffed to the contract, including relief, reserve and contingency personnel. Ensure that acceptable standards of behavior at work are maintained by all subordinate employees, as required by G4S’s code of conduct and disciplinary code. Maintenance of client relationships and ensuring client retention. Understand the importance of client communication, notification and reporting procedures. Report on Security KPIs to Management Ensure that only appropriately trained and registered security personnel are utilized at all times. Identify new business opportunities in the sphere of operations, as well as in terms of growth of business, driven by the promotion of integrated security solutions. Conduct Security Risk Assessments Daily check the presence of site instructions, CUG, Flashlight, baton, and emergency contact list. Check the alertness and fitness of security officers on duty Check to be sure that all equipment present is serviceable. Skills And Competencies Effective Communication: High proficiency in formal reporting, client notification procedures, and professional interpersonal communication Leadership & Ethical Conduct: Strong ability to enforce discipline and maintain high standards of behavior among security personnel in accordance with the code of conduct Managerial Ability : Use available resources much to the delivery of contract expectations.
