- Serve as a product and solutions manager of core network products for customers of telecom operators, enterprises and government agencies.
- Understand the customer's pain points and evaluate them into requirements, developing solutions to solve the pain points and guide the customer to understand the solutions.
- Leverage relationships and core network product knowledge to create opportunities and align suitable solutions to meet sales objectives.
- Take lead on account management, planning, forecasting, lead generation, prospecting, qualifying and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
- Be responsible for product lifecycle management with various customers.
- Be able to utilize consultative sales approaches to identify, understand, propose and architect solutions for customers' most critical and urgent business needs.
- Provide technical sales support to the delivery and engineering team.

- Have knowledge on organizing summits and workshops in market solutions.
- Be dynamic, inspirational, positive, change agent within Huawei as well as within customer's organizations.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years working
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Telecommunications, Computer, Electrical or related field.
- Business skill:
- Strong customer relationships in local RAN or core network market domain.
