- Ensuring that all flights have the correct crew complement and that all crew can operate to the Company and Civil Aviation Authority’s legal requirements.
- The ideal candidate should have/be:
- At least 21 years old
- A minimum 1st degree or diploma from a recognized University or relevant professional qualification
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Willing to work shift duties including public holidays
- Ability to understand and work within different cultures/environments
- Allocation of duties to crewmembers in compliance with flight and duty time limitations as spelt out in the Ghana Civil Aviation Directives
- Supervision of crew rosters on a day-to-day basis to ensure correct crew complement and legality of operation.
- Planning and crewing decisions to ensure that a fair and equitable distribution of flights to all crew members is achieved, taking into account best roster practices with economic and efficient solutions.
- Advising the Chief Pilot and Cabin Services Manager on the required flight and cabin crew resources in line with planned commercial schedules.
- Maintaining the crew records system which stores all required crew records according to current regulations and monitoring crew statistics for equitable rosters and duties.
- Monitoring the currency of crew licenses and passports through the crew records system and notifying crew before expiry dates.
- Maintaining a current and accurate address and telephone contact database for all crew.
- Making sure that crew members are properly advised of changes so that all company flights can maintain on-time departures with no crewing disruptions.
- Liaising with the Training Manager and Admin coordinator over initial and recurrent training

Anticipation and co-ordination of required changes to crewing for flight schedules during irregular operations, including liaising with other units where necessary.
