Own P&L and profitability. Drive growth and operational excellence. Identify new markets and partnerships. Commercial & Revenue Leadership Scale wallet and OTC businesses. Lead revenue strategy. Strengthen customer acquisition and retention. Commercialize new products. Regulatory, Risk & Compliance Maintain compliance with Act 1154. Oversee AML/KYC/CTF frameworks. Manage enterprise risk and governance. Engage regulators and banking partners. Financial & Treasury Lead budgeting and forecasting. Manage treasury and liquidity. Oversee audits and reporting. Optimize cost efficiency. People & Organization Build executive leadership team. Implement performance management. Develop succession plans. Promote accountability and innovation. Board & Stakeholders Prepare Board reports. Execute Board resolutions. Manage investors and partners. Represent the company externally.
