As the Branch Manager, you would lead our efforts to reach and retain customers in northern Ghana. You would ensure the branch runs smoothly and provide excellent customer service to our customers. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Tamale & Northern Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the branch, managing inventory and accounts. Market our products and services through field marketing and digital channels. Establish and nurture customer relationships to generate sales. Develop comprehensive knowledge of our equipment and their use in construction to handle customer enquiries. Coordinate sales, deliveries and after-sales service. Collaborate with company management to design and implement marketing and sales strategies to meet sales quotas. Identify and apply data-driven insights from sales performance data, market research and customer surveys to product requisiton and sales strategies.
