Job Purpose
- Provide technical leadership and coordination for market development, market shaping, stakeholder engagement and partnership strategies that promote sustainable demand and market access for domestically manufactured vaccines and sera.
- Key Duties and
Responsibilities
- Advise on market development policies, strategies and programmes.
- Coordinate research, intelligence, demand analysis and stakeholder analysis.
- Lead strategies to increase awareness, acceptance and uptake of locally produced vaccines and sera.
- Build strategic relationships with government institutions, development partners and private-sector organisations.
- Coordinate work plans, budgets, performance reports and staff supervision.

Experience
Master degree in marketing, business administration or a related discipline.
At least eight years post-bachelor relevant experience, including four years in senior management.
Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, market analysis and strategic management skills.
